London-based Carolyn T Ceramics throws with porcelain and her shapes are heavily influenced by both Japanese and Chinese pottery. Carolyn prefers to let the clay and the day dictate the forms she create and so no two pieces are exactly the same. She decorates them using a transfer process and her love of colour, along with a desire to mix up pattern, creates vibrant individual works to look at and treasure.
In this virtual event, Carolyn introduces her Wimbledon studio and provide an insight into how she makes her porcelain pieces and the patterns she puts on them.
