FAQs

To attend the virtual fair in November you will need to login to interact.handmadeinbritain.co.uk for access to the exclusive content available throughout the event.

Click here to register using your email address. We’ll then be able to send you updates about the virtual fair as the full programme is announced.

Once the full programme of live events is announced you will be able to register to attend via Zoom. There is a limited capacity for each event, so we recommend arriving 10 minutes early in order to secure your place. But don’t worry if you miss out, the recording will be available shortly after each event for the duration of the virtual fair.

There will be a live chat forum where you can ask questions directly to any of the exhibiting artists. You will also be able to submit a question to the artist via their exhibitor profile page.

Our virtual fair is completely free to attend.

You do not need any special software to attend the virtual event. All you will require is a phone, tablet or computer with a good internet connection. We recommend using a Chrome browser where possible, and making sure that you have installed the latest software updates required for your device and internet browser.

If you register for a live event this will take place via Zoom but you will not be visible or audible, so you don’t need a headset or microphone.

If you are a UK-based maker interested in taking part in our virtual fair, please click here to apply online.
